A useful framework needs to reflect the classroom it is designed for. AIspire’s approach begins with Local Living Labs in each of the five partner countries.
These collaborative workshops bring teachers, school leaders and researchers into the same conversation. Participants will discuss classroom needs, share practices and identify the skills educators need for responsible AI use.
This work feeds into two competence frameworks, a Good Practices Booklet and practical toolkits. The toolkits will then be tested in 15 pilot schools across different educational settings.
Feedback from those schools will help improve the resources and inform national policy discussions. Educators stay involved from the first conversations through classroom testing.
