Better tools begin
with people.

AIspire develops training and practical guidance to help teachers use AI in lessons and school leaders plan its use across their schools.

A shared response to a changing classroom.

Schools need more than new technology. They need the confidence to ask good questions, make informed choices and include every learner.

We’re creating training for teachers, planning tools for school leaders and a collection of classroom practices. Educators will help design these resources and try them in their own schools.

What we’re working towards.

Confident educators

Two European competence frameworks will set out the knowledge, skills and values teachers and school leaders need.

Schools ready to act

Self-assessment and practical leadership guidance will help schools plan responsible AI adoption.

Evidence for better policy

National roundtables and shared recommendations will connect classroom experience with decision-making.

A clearer picture of impact

Evaluation tools will explore how generative AI affects teacher workload and learning equity.

Learning that stays accessible

A multilingual, partner-built Hub will bring resources and self-paced learning together.

Practice worth sharing

A Good Practices Booklet will document ways of using AI across different school contexts.

For everyone shaping school life.

  • Teachers & school leaders
  • Schools & educational institutions
  • Teacher educators & universities
  • Policymakers & education authorities
  • The public & media
  • Education networks & associated organisations

From listening to lasting change.

  1. Listen to educators

Workshops in five countries will bring educators and school communities into the design process.

  2. Build practical resources

Frameworks, toolkits and the Good Practices Booklet turn shared insights into usable guidance.

  3. Try them in schools

Pilots in 15 schools will test the toolkits across primary, secondary and vocational education.

  4. Reflect & improve

Evaluation and school feedback will help refine the resources and understand their impact.

  5. Bring evidence to policy

National roundtables will inform recommendations and a transnational policy roadmap.

  6. Share & sustain

Open resources, the Hub and sharing events will help schools beyond the partnership use what we develop.
